Some WinWeb Email users may experience problems moving their email around using an iPad.
This is because dragging files on the iPad tablet does not work in the same way as on a desktop computer.
To move files, the user must first select the message they wish to transfer.
Use the button shown in the image below to select the folder you want to move it to.
This also applies to deleting messages via the iPad too.
